Who We Are

At Feel Good Fit Lab, we are an expanding team of certified personal trainers dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. We specialize in creating personalized workout plans and providing nutritional guidance to help you transform your body and live a healthier more balanced lifestyle.

Our Philosophy

We believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their age, gender, or fitness level. Our approach is based on creating sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle, rather than quick fixes that are difficult to maintain.

Our Services

We offer a variety of services, including one-on-one virtual training through our app or customized programs to follow on your own time. 1:1 In Person training and group classes coming soon.

Kenzie is a Certified Personal Trainer with 5 years experience and over 8 years as a professional in the health care field. Not only is she certified in personal training, first aid, CPR and AED but is A Sports Nutrition and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Kenzie will continue to broaden her studies as time goes on but currently specializ

Kenzie is a Certified Personal Trainer with 5 years experience and over 8 years as a professional in the health care field. Not only is she certified in personal training, first aid, CPR and AED but is A Sports Nutrition and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Kenzie will continue to broaden her studies as time goes on but currently specializes in Online & Virtual Training through her ap.  Her passion is fitness, wellness and helping her clients establish a sense of self love, understanding when their body is at their best. Working with a broad variety of clients she takes a habit changing and goal setting approach, helping those achieve their best self while having fun doing it. She is currently based out of AB, Canada and moving forward with in person training and group fitness classes in the upcoming months.
